The North Georgia Model Aviators #5404 club is located in Dawsonville, Georgia. Established in 2017, the club has worked hard to make many improvements to provide their 150+ members a wonderful and safe place to fly. Their mission is to "Educate, Enable, and Inspire our community by bringing together family, friends, neighborhood schools and clubs through their passion for model aviation.​"

"After unexpectedly losing access to our original flying site, we suddenly found ourselves without a home. But rather than give up, we doubled down. We spent countless hours searching for a new location, and in 2016, we finally found it—a wooded lot with potential. It wasn’t much to look at then, but we saw what it could become.
Through extensive logging and a massive grading effort, the first stretch of our new runway took form. Progress was slow in the early years, but our members’ passion and dedication never wavered. Bit by bit, season by season, we worked together—clearing, building, improving. What started as a rough patch of dirt is now a thriving flying field and a welcoming home for our RC community."
The facility has a long grass runway, covered pit area, pilot stations, several workbenches, and a gravel parking lot.
The club has an active showing off many of their pilots' creations with additional links for events and other activities around the area.
